OCI "Limits, quotas and usage" is showing incorrect Usage info

Summary:

I have zero A1 VMs in the region, but "Limits, quotas and usage" page is still showing 4 A1 VM CPUs and 24 GB of RAM used and 0 available

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I believe this is a bug in Limits/Quota reporting, as I do not have any A1 VMs in the region
