ORCE – Responsys Integration Not Working as Expected

Hi Team,

Integration between ORCE and Responsys has been enabled, but data is not appearing in Responsys when the job runs in ORCE. What could be the possible reasons for this issue, and how can we verify whether the data is being sent correctly from ORCE to Responsys?

We have successfully enabled the ORCE–Responsys integration. However, when the integration job runs in ORCE, the data does not show up in Responsys. We would like guidance on troubleshooting steps or validation methods to confirm whether the data transfer from ORCE to Responsys is happening as expected.
