Disable notification base on ACTION

Summary:

Hi Expert,

For New Hire Journey we are using 90 Days expire days notification should trigger Owner is Employee and Performer is HR.

Now the pain issue if employee resign in 80 Days and did not complete employee new hire journey than in this case expire notification should not trigger to HR.

As of now it's triggering is there any way where we can stop the notification if employee resign in under 90 days any expire notification should not trigger.

Or Any workaround.
