Update inventory notification using message scenario.

Summary:

Dear Team,

There is a customer requirement saying when inventory is updated resource should be notified. As we all know we don't have lunch condition of "Update Inventory". So using resourceInventoryUpdated event OIC captures and sending to OFSC in custom property saying inventory updated. So once the value updated on that custom property we need to send notification using collaboration to that particular resource.

Please let us know how can this be achieved.
