Send email to an email ID captured in a custom property

Summary: We have a requirement where we send a one time email to the customer. We want to use Message scenarios to send this email.

We capture the customer email in the seeded property : cemail, however when we get acknowledgement from the customer co-coordinator at the site, we capture their email in a second property customer_email1. We would like to send an email to this property based on certain blocking conditions.

Is it possible to specify an email property in Static Address or is there any other way to achieve this.
