Employee not able to see the New Hire Journey after enabling Journey Security

Hope everyone is doing well!
To control Journey visibility in Journey - Explore tab , We recently updated the Journey Security Setup and enabled the profile option to enable the security. Now employee is able to see one Self Assigned Journey (which we built recently) in Explore tab and also under My Journey but a New Hire employee is not able to see the existing New Hire Journey under My Journey Tab, new hire Journey has When the action record becomes effective allocation criteria with 0 in Days for Initiation. I have attached a detailed screenshot for the configuration. We also ran all the ingest process as per documentation but still New Hire is not able to see the New Hire Checklist. The issue is little urgent so i will really appreciate any pointers.
