If there are multiple FAs scheduled for a day for a technician, when finishing the FA, OFSC will pick the next activity and set it to ‘on route’. There is an option to change next activity or choose ‘Unable to proceed, contact your Supervisor or Dispatch’ to Not ‘en route’ the next activity. However, OFSC selected activity may not be the one the technician want to do next.
How to make ‘Unable to proceed, contact your Supervisor or Dispatch’ as the default selection. I tried different configuration options and unable to make the required change works.
