Dunning delivery method Print for certain customer accounts

Our Correspondence Method in Collections Preferences is Email. Now the ess job Send Dunning Letters requires for all customers to have a Contact Point of Type = Email.
How can we configure certain customer master accounts to receive dunning letters via Print as they have no email address available?
