25D Update - 'Error response during RestAction' when viewing a journey task in Explore

After the 25D upgrade, when a HR Specialist navigates to Journeys > Explore > select a Journey > expands any Journey task, the task details do not load and the error popup 'Error response during RestAction' shows.

This error pops up even when the seeded Human Resource Specialist role is assigned to the worker. Has anyone else run into this issue?
