How to configure "Change HSA contribution" Life Event Enrollment window as of event date.

Hello All
Please suggest the configuration required all "Chage HSA Contribution " self reported life event to be available for enrollment only for a day. In the below screenshot I see it is available for 2 days. Client wants allow employee to be able to select the date as event date.
