Unable to Delete or Manage Stuck Instance – Manual Removal Required

Hello,I am experiencing an issue with a Compute instance that failed during creation and is now stuck in a Terminated state. The instance reached only 5% during provisioning and then stopped responding. Since then, I am unable to perform any action on it.

The following operations all fail:

  • Start
  • Stop
  • Delete
  • Edit
  • Access via Console or API

The instance appears as Terminated, but it still occupies resources and cannot be removed.

Could you please force-delete this instance from the backend?This is blocking me from creating a new instance in the region.
