Guided Journey added to Document of Records page is NOT showing up

Issue: The Guided Journey added to the Me > Document of records > Add page using Visual Builder Studio is not showing up on the corresponding Redwood page.

Below is the code of the Guided Journey added in VBS and deployed to the respective environment. Then Job is deployed successfully but still the journey is not seen on the page. The Guided Journey is activated and contains only 1 manual task.
