How to unapplied/reverse the CN created from dispute

Hi Oracle Community,

Request assistance on how to unapplied/reverse the CN that created from dispute.

1 . Tried to unpplied - Got Rrror.

  • This credit memo can't be unapplied because it was created from an approved dispute. (AR-857584)

2 . Tried to apply with DN with positive amount

  • You can''t overapply this transaction. (AR-855287)
  • The transaction type assigned to the transaction doesn''t allow overapplication. You can only apply a credit or receipt amount up to, but not over, the outstanding balance on the transaction.

3 . Tried to apply with DN with positive amount

  • Exception while retrieving natual application rule for credit memo (AR-855636)
  • ORA-01403: no data found (AR-855636)
