How to mark First Name as required in Benefits Self Service page

Hi Team,

We have a Business requirement to make 'First Name' as required on New Contact page during Employee Benefits Self service Enrollment.

I have attached screenshot of the same,please check and assist.

Navigation→ Login as Employee→Me→Benefits→Enroll now→Verify people you would like to cover→click on '+' →New Contact Page
