Excluding Casual Employees from New Hire benefit Life Event

We are trying to exclude Casual employees from the “New Hire” life event, so that employees with Assignment Category = Casual are not enrolled during the New Hire process.

To achieve this, we have written the Fast Formula (shared below and attached) and configured it under Life Events → Data Change → Person Change. However, it is not working as expected for the “New Hire” life event.

The same Fast Formula is working correctly for other life events, but it does not trigger for New Hire. We kindly request you to review this and help us identify and resolve the issue.
