Redwood: Need to Change Text of HSA "Coverage" Field

Hello all,

I have a recent requirement to change the text of the HSA "coverage" field to something more intuitive like "Total Annual Employee Elections". This is a redwood page, and it seems Visual Builder Studio has no option for me to add/change the text. I can also not find anything in a sandbox mode that would allow me to do this.

Is this a possibility to do? If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
