Survey Not triggering and How to Hide response from the survey to manager

Summary:

We have configured an offboarding checklist journey for exit surveys with the following logic:

There are two checklist templates:

Employee Exit Survey – Initiation: 14 days before termination (triggered when employee resigns).
Manager Exit Survey – Initiation: 15 days after termination (Termination Date + 1 day).

Process:

When an employee resigns, the exit survey is triggered to the employee.
If the employee does not complete the survey by Termination Dated, a Manager Survey should trigger to the manager on termination date + 1 (asking them to complete the survey).

Issue 1:

Manager Survey Not Triggering

Currently, the Manager Survey initiation is set for 15 days after termination (Termination Date + 1), but on the employee’s last working day, the manager details are wiped out from the assignment record.
