After 25D upgrade Journey task notifications are not triggering to all AOR's in oracle hcm cloud

Hi Team

Post 25 D upgrade , we noticed Journey Task notifications are not triggering to all eligible AOR's only few AOR's are getting notifications. But all eligible AOR's are getting normal approval flow transactions notifications as expected but not Journey task notification .

Can any one provide you thoughts on this
