2 step task- Employee Questionnaire and Manager Acknowledment

Summary:
I created two tasks: one for the employee to complete a questionnaire, and a second, sequential task for the line manager to electronically sign to acknowledge the new hire’s questionnaire responses ( a report I created). I configured the employee questionnaire task as a prerequisite for the manager’s acknowledgment.
This setup was working well and also successfully saved the completed questionnaire report in the employee’s DOR. However, during further testing, I identified an issue: when a manager has two employees who have completed the questionnaire, the manager only sees the data for the first employee, even though separate tasks are assigned for each employee.
