We’ve been reviewing the Oracle Fusion Knowledge Management dashboards and would appreciate some clarification on the logic behind several of the reports. I’ve gone through the available documentation and reviewed the dashboard outputs, but I want to make sure I’m interpreting the data correctly.
Specifically, could someone help clarify the logic behind the following dashboards:
- Knowledge Question Analysis
- Knowledge Article Suggestions
- Knowledge Search Efficacy Dashboard
My main question is how the question lists in these outputs are generated. For example, what criteria or data points determine which questions appear in each dashboard?
