Reduce Coverage By 50% when Spouse turns 70 years

Hello Experts,

We have a business requirement where the Coverage Amount for Supplemental Spouse Plan should be reduced by 50% through a Life Event when the Spouse turns 70 years of age. We want the Life Event to automatically trigger on the day when the spouse turns 70.

Looking for solutions to handle it via seeded Temporal Life Events. Any other suggestions on achieving the above are also much appreciated.
