Under Redwood pending actions items are cleared even after entering the received date post due date

Hi Team,

We have scenario under redwood where pending action items are getting approved even after the Due dates are passed(Received date provided is greater than due date).

This is breaching customers business rules of incorrectly approving the pending actions even after the Due dates are passed.

Any help is much appreciated.
