Employee Self‑Service Life Events Not Processing in Production (Post‑25D?)

We are experiencing an issue in Production where employees are unable to successfully submit certain Life Events through Self‑Service, while the same Life Events can be processed successfully by an administrator via the Benefits Activity Center.

Issue Details

  • Product: Oracle Fusion HCM – Benefits
  • Environment: Production only
  • Lower Pod: Working as expected
  • Users Impacted: Random subset of employees

Impacted Life Events

  • HSA Contribution Change (1‑day enrollment window)
    • Employee attempted multiple submissions over several days; event did not process
    • Admin was able to process the same Life Event successfully
  • Birth of a Child
    • Employee self‑service submission failed
    • Admin processing worked without issues
