Review Customer Account Details didn't show any result
Summary:
Our user want to check the customer account details through"Receivable → Billing → Review Customer Account Details"
After enter the account number or customer name, nothing shows up after click "Search" button

We also ran the schesule process:
"Refresh Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries" and "Process Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries".
Still have no search result.
Is that because this customer has never create any teansactions? if yes, where can I check if a customer has ever had accounts receivable or invoices?
