Pending employees are not displaying under team journeys

Pending employees are not displaying under Team journeys whereas employees are displaying under Team journeys.

We hire employees from ORC where pending employees are created. Then will assign Onboarding journeys to them. Once it completes only will convert pending employees to employees. When LM tries to see his pending employees and employees. They are able to see employees not pending employees.
