Account Implementations Consultant role required to add a mobile number to customers
Summary:
To add a mobile number as a contact point we need to assign a user the Account Implementations Consultant role instead of just having the privilege to add mobile numbers be under the Accounts Receivables Specialist Role, the Accounts Receivables Specialist Role can add a land and fax number but not a mobile number.
Unsure if this is a bug but the workaround does not seem to be the best idea, especially if a business does not want to provide users the Accounts Implementations Role, then if a Receivables User needs to add a mobile number they would not be able to.
