Checklist allocation notification not triggered for employees hired through 'Hire an employee' flow

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to hire employees using the “Hire an Employee” flow. Ideally, the onboarding checklist notification should be triggered via the bell icon on the employee’s hire date.

However, the checklist is currently being assigned on the transaction date (before the user account becomes active, which occurs on the hire date). As a result, the checklist is already allocated in the system, but no bell icon notification is triggered for the employee.

Could you please suggest a solution or workaround to ensure that the bell icon and/or email notification is triggered for the employee on their hire date.
