Include Terminated Employee Details in Off-Boarding Checklist Survey Notification
Hi Team,
We have configured an Off-Boarding Checklist that triggers survey tasks to specific department users once an employee termination is approved.
Currently, after the termination is approved, the checklist is triggered successfully and the respective department users receive the survey notification. The department users are required to complete the survey as part of the off-boarding process.
However, in the checklist task notification, we need to display the terminated employee’s details (for example: Employee Name, Person Number, Department, Job, etc.) so that the department user can clearly identify which employee the survey relates to.
At the moment, the notification does not clearly show sufficient employee information, and this creates difficulty when multiple terminations are processed simultaneously.
