Error Undefined while clicking "Done" E-signature task in Journeys

Hello Experts,

We are encountering an issue when clicking “Done” on a Journey task (E-sign). While we are able to successfully review the report, the system throws an error upon selecting Done.

This issue is occurring for a Pending Worker Journey (Pre hire). The custom Pending Worker role already includes the BI Consumer role, and there are no issues identified with the Document Type configuration.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can provide guidance on resolving this?
