Unable to find employees age, address or Date of Birth from BAC

Summary: Currently, we are in 25D and we have been receiving frequent complaints from our Benefits Administrators as they were not able to toggle from Benefits Activity Center to look at employees age, Date of birth or Addresses details etc. that they used to do have access in RUI releases.

is there any possibility to restore the functionality similar to access the employment info quick actions. the three (…) dots and drop down use to help Benefits administrators toggle access different details that is missing in RW. Please advise.
