Hello Community,

We are working with Oracle Journeys and have a requirement to track how many times a link (URL) embedded within a Journey task has been clicked by employees.

Use Case:
A Journey task contains a hyperlink directing employees to external instructions or documents. Our HR team wants to measure engagement by capturing the total number of clicks or visits generated from that link.

Questions:

  1. Is there a delivered Oracle report or OTBI subject area that tracks link-click activity for tasks within a Journey?
  2. Does Oracle record link-click events anywhere (e.g., audit logs, activity logs, Journey event tables)?
