Contextual Journey for Resignation of Employee or Add Absence not working.

Summary:

Hi Experts, We have created a Contextual journey which should trigger based on the Action of " Resignation" or "Resign from employment" by the employee as soon as he resigns the Exit Interview questionnaire attached as a task in contextual journey should get triggered.

But when employee login and navigate to ME > Resign or Add Absence action the page is shown as blank.

Whereas If we change the Context to - "My Team" and Contextual Action - " Add Absence" or "Document record" then the Contextual journey is triggered for the employee.

Any idea why only My Team and My Client group as Context are getting the journey triggered and for ME context none of the Contextual actions work. Any help is appreciated, Thanks !
