Issue with Unenroll button in Redwood
Summary:
I have a issue with one of my Life Event "Drop Plan A". the expectation is that we it should allow the employee to choose "Waive Plan" in that Life Event.
I had Enrollment Rule at the Plan Type Level to "Current can keep or choose, new can choose'. However, when the employee clicks on Unenroll button it is dropping dependents. I tried using Automatic but when i click on Waive Plan it is holding the Automatic enrollment causing the user error while submitting.
I have defined neither remove or add dependents at dependents designation tab as well at plan type level. any other thoughts?
