How to create dependent task in jounrey based on input of previous task?

Dear all,

Customer has a requirement to have a feature where the response of task would activate a new task based on the input provided in preceding task.

Scenario: Task 1: Employee to answer a question with the options of 'Yes' and 'No'

Task 2: If employee Answers 'Yes', task should be activated to a different performer i.e. performer 'ABC' , who will respond on the task with 2options "Request approved", "Request not approved"

If request is not approved, performer ABC will provide comments why the request was not approved.

If Employee chooses 'No', journey should move forward with the rest of tasks to be completed by employee.
