national identifier and phone number validation for contact page

Hi All,

We need to put the national identider and Phone number validation in Before you enroll page on self service page. As per requirement, system should allow only US country for Phone number and National identifier. If employees elects any other country than US, error shoul pop up. WE have tried using Validation rule but it's not working. Please guide if anything else needs to be done.

Employee self servoce page > Before you Enroll > Edit Page in VBS > Validation Rules
