Search and select bank account is not showing any accounts in fusion Receivables.

Summary:

We setup a Bank account for Customer A and added Customer B in the Account Owners section (Site > Bank Accounts > choose the bank account and Account Owners section will be found). However, when we try to select and add the same bank account to customer B, the Search and select bank account popup is not showing any bank account. Is there any other configuration required to get the bank account show up in the search.
