Oracle HCM Journeys: Tasks Assigned to Wrong Line Manager After Manager Change

Hi everyone,


We’ve run into an issue where a task within an employee journey was assigned to the wrong Line Manager.

This occurred for two users whose original manager had left the organization. During the transition period, when the journey task should have been routed to their newly assigned managers, it instead got assigned to an unrelated manager, which is incorrect.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?


Would appreciate any insights on:
