Journey available in Explore tab criteria

in Journeys

Hi everyone,

is it possible that a journey is available in Explore tab only if the people have a specific action as last change in their Employment info?

For example:

Only if Mara Verdemela has the action Assegnazione incarico di reggenza as last change in his Employment info can see the Journey "Richiesta di proroga assegnazione temporanea"
