Create Customer statement

in Receivables & Collections

Summary: We have configured customer statement in system but system do not show the output as per below scenario's

Scenario 1 : To generate output for 1 customer from Beginning of system till date all trx/receipts with closing balance

Scenario 2: To generate output for 1 customer for a date range eg: 01/01/2024 to 12/31/2025

Scenario 3: To generate output for 1 customer as outstanding balance as on current date

can somebody confirm the high-level configuration and parameter to run this report from scheduled process workspace for all this above scenario

Note: We have tried all the options to get this output but it is now working as per above scenario in the past
