How to trigger this journey notification email for our test users?

Currently we have an issue where the LOA associate receives this journey notification email to their Home email which clients want the emails to be sent to their work emails regardless. With that the oracle SR suggested to enable the ff. profile option "ORA_PER_CHECKLIST_NOTIFY_HOME_EMAIL" to N. But we need to do an end-to-end testing to make sure that it doesn't impact any business flows.

During in our troubleshooting, we learned this email is oracle delivered report notification and we were just wondering on how we trigger this particular report in order for us to replicate the issue in the lower pods. Any guidance we can give regarding this is greatly appreciated.
