My boot volume can't find my comp instance, my instance has a disabled "replace boot volume" button.

Summary:

So I was trying to extend the storage in my boot volume and I ended up trashing the partition tables and bricking the OCI instance on accident. No biggie, should just be able to restore my boot volume backup right? Well not really… I'm on always-free so I couldn't make an extra boot volume.

After going ahead and terminating the broken boot volume so I could make another one I ran into another issue… when I try to attach my new boot volume from the Console it says "Invalid request" when doing it by OCID, and there are no instances on the dropdown menu if I go the normal way. If I go to my instance and try to replace my boot volume the button is grayed out in the Storage section.

Howdy, Stranger!
