Benefit Medical Element to be linked from Active No Payroll ASG to Suspended Payroll Eligible ASG

Summary:

Employment Model is Two Tier - Single Assignment, Configure Default Benefit relationship is marked as Primary Assignment. we have a case where A person has Home Assignment which is non-Primary Suspended Payroll Eligible (from April 1, 2025) and the Second Assignment (Secondment) as Primary Active No Payroll from (April 1, 2025). Before running the Open Enrollment, the payroll relationship of Benefit was with the Home Assignment and Now while running the Open Enrollment life event occurred on (Jan 1, 2026) the Payroll relationship got ended with the Home Assignment and got added to the Second Assignment, so the Medical Benefit
