Hi team,
we are opening the system to employees in waves. We have a journey with tasks that employees will receive and we have associated an eligibility profile to those tasks, so that only employees of specific legal entity will receive them.
Shortly we will open the system to a new legal entity, so we added that legal entity to the eligibility profile already associated to the journey task.
We did some tests and the journey task was not being associated to employees of the just added legal entity (as if the eligibility profile had not been refreshed).
