Initial content ingestion

Summary:

I'm hoping that we can pull off a content ingestion strategy for migrating content into Oracle using either:

• Content connectors, or
• HCM data loader (seems more complex)

Any guidance you may have for successfully use either is greatly appreciated in advanced. :)
