Anyone created an Electronic Signature Task for Performance Anytime Document?

Summary:

We are currently working on a Journey for our Progressive Discipline Process. We have a few tasks in the process:

1. Leader creates an Anytime Document of Progressive Discipline in Performance Management
2. Leader facilitates the conversation
3. Once the document is completed with the Performance Rating, another Journey will populated, based off the performance Rating of Performance Improvement Plan and trigger an Electronic Signature task for the employee to electronically sign, the printout of the Anytime Performance Document.

We have explored the Signature solution within the Performance Document Templates and it does not satisfy our legal requirements.

Before we start developing this, was curious if anyone else has delivered on an Electronic Signature task, where the report is a print out of a Performance Document that would be willing to share their Journey Task set up and Report set up.
