We have a mismatch between journeys assigned to workers and journeys visible in Organization Journeys tab. The missing journeys appear only if I run the Index process, but Oracle advised us not to run this process often. Instead, they shared this document

I asked Oracle to explain how we are supposed to "manually compare this difference in the assigned journeys visible on the Organization Journeys tab" but they said the document is all they can provide.
