Completed Offboarding Journey Details Not Visible for Inactive Employees (Redwood Journeys)

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

For some terminated employees, the Offboarding Journey shows as Completed in the Journeys tab; however, when opened, the page appears blank and task‑level details are not visible. This occurs once the employee’s assignment becomes inactive or end‑dated. The data is also not accessible from the backend.

We need confirmation on whether this is expected behavior in Oracle Fusion HCM (Redwood Journeys) for inactive/terminated employees.

Business Impact:

Business users are unable to view completed offboarding details for audit or verification. Nearly 660 employee records are affected, creating a dependency on backend reports.
