2025/11/03: Plan Change in Assignment (Unprocessed)

I changed the Effective-As-of Date to 2025/11/03, and evaluate Life Events, New Hired Event was evaluated again (instead of Plan Change in Assignment):

As a result, the evaluate life events of New Hired changed to 2025/11/03 from 2025/10/13. For the Plan Change in Assignment, the potential event was voided.
