  1. Notifications should be sent to the author after every action (approval or rejection) taken by the approver at each step.
  2. Notifications should be sent to the approver whenever they are assigned to a step.

Configuration

  1. Editorial Approval
    This step involves assigning a user to review the article for grammatical errors, syntax, formatting, fonts, and alignment.
    Step Name: Editorial Approval
    Reference Key: EDITORIAL_REVIEW
    Duration: 7 days
    Allow Editing in Step: Yes
    Only Assigned User Can Approve: Yes
  2. ERBP Approval
    In this step, any user with Knowledge Task access can approve the article.
    Step Name: ERBP Approval
    Reference Key: ERBP_APPROVAL
