If Oracle Fus HCM cloud is not licenced would the HCM REST API endpoints still be available for use?

Summary:

I would like to request some clarification regarding the dependency of certain Oracle Fusion ERP functionalities om Oracle HCM cloud.

  1. In scenarios where Orace HCM cloud is not licenced or not in use within a Fusion environment, would the HCM REST API endpoints still be available for use? Or are these endpoints only accessible when Oracle HCM cloud is actively licensed and enabled?

2. Could you confirm whether the following capabilities are depending solely on Oracle HCM Cloud or if they would still be available if there is only Expenses, Procurement and ERP Licences

  • Employee records
  • Supervisory hierarchy
  • Job / job level
